Custom-Printed Items

Because every piece of Real Wales artwork is individually custom-printed to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect sizing. All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items We stand by the quality of our artwork. The only exception to our no-returns policy is if your item arrives damaged or defective.

• Replacements: If your artwork is damaged in transit, we will gladly arrange a replacement piece for you at no additional cost.

• How to Report a Damaged Item: To process a replacement for damaged artwork, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via our Contact Form. Please include your order number and be prepared to provide photos of the damaged artwork and the packaging it arrived in so we can assist you quickly.
